Our kitchen is well rooted in the oldest culinary tradition and rich in Marche with current reinterpretations. Game, truffles, oils, local cheeses and meats are some of the raw materials we use. Our famous pappardelle with wild boar and tenderloin with porcini mushrooms and truffles.
